Refund policy

IamTraceyTracey, LLC reserves the rights to refuse services to anyone.

Shipping Insurance must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should you experience lost, stolen, or damaged items, please file your claim directly through them.

Purchases made without Shipping Insurance are not eligible for replacements. The shipping carrier is then responsible for all packages after they receive them. Without Shipping Insurance, if you have any issues with your delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier.

Due to the customized nature of all the products, there are no refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged claims must be processed through Shipping Insurance. Purchases made without Shipping Insurance are not eligible for replacements through IamTraceyTracey, LLC. 

IamTraceyTracey, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO PRODUCT ALTERATION. Items are not dishwasher safe, should not be left in extreme temperatures and should not be soaked. You can always contact us for any return question at iamtraceytracey@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalized items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
